This is when it… has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe (please ensure you read nail polish and nail care ingredients listing before purchase), is significantly different from the description and doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed. Please email a clear photograph and details of the major problem so we can investigate.

In the unlikely event we ship you the wrong item, please email a clear photograph of the item/s so we can confirm with your order history and rectify the mistake for you.
We take great care to pack your order so you receive it good condition however if any item/s are received damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email a clear photograph showing us the damage. As the product/s left us in perfect condition we will refund the cost of damaged product/s only.
