The inspiration for St Petersburg nail polish comes from Natalia’s favourite city, St Petersburg, of course! The light blue nail polish symbolizes the sky, where legends say it’s always raining. St Petersburg nail polish also represents the Neva River. The marine city’s main artery and soul. And the addition of holo flakes creates a soulful sparkle in this icy blue shade.
Most importantly, clean nails before use. Apply a nail foundation. Then shake St Petersburg nail polish and apply two (2) layers for complete coverage. Finally, apply a topper for a gloss finish.
Caring for your nail polish is very important. So, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat, flame and unsupervised children.

I agree with other reviews, its a bit darker IRL and leans grey on my pale/ cool skin tone- which I actually love because I LOVE greys
Darker irl but still very elegant and soft.
St. Petersburg is an icy blue Polish. I bought it because it reminded me of Christmas but truly it could be worn every day of the year. Loaded with glitter and applies beautifully.
The colour is wonderful, it dried fast, and the holo looks like little white speckles so it looks kinda 'snowy'. I love it!
Looked almost exactly as it does in the pictures! A really nice subtle shade that I love wearing. As with all the polishes I've tried so far from Picture Polish it is super easy to apply!
