How To

Nail Polish Application Guide

Begin with clean and dry nails.

Apply a base, such as Ridge Filling B|C or Naked Nail Care B|C

Shake nail polish well before use.

Apply a thin layer of polish and allow it to dry for 2-3 minutes.

Next, apply a second layer using the standard amount of polish, letting it air dry for 3 to 4 minutes.

Finish with a topcoat like Fast Dry T|C.

Alternatively, you can use Top’n Base for a versatile all-in-one solution.

Finally, prioritise your Nail Care to ensure your nails look fabulous!

Achieving Wudu-Friendly Nails

For a Wudu-friendly manicure, apply two thin layers of nail products using the following combinations:

Base coat then nail polish
Nail polish then topcoat
Nail Polish on its own: one or two layers

Bright White - beautiful & versatile

Bright White is the usual smooth Picture Polish formula and true to its description, as it is not chalky as some white polishes can be. I look forward to using it as a base for flakie toppers of varying colours. (I've also tested it as a base under neon pink - helps the colour pop!)

The brightest White

Love this shade of white, it works well as a base to use nail stickers and adhesives. It makes your nails look like they were professionally done. It has a nice consistency and is worth buying!

It's complicated. Some sources say the white isn't even a color. For me white is my favourite color ever. For some reason I avoided it with nail painting. Now I can ask myself why. I love it so much on my nails! This polish has top formula. You need three coats at least but drying is fast. I definitely reccomend this one. It has special place among all those colorful polishes I own.

Lovely white!

I really love this white as an all over color. It's easily opaque in three coats - tip: use a matte top coat as your base coat and it will make the white apply so much smoother! It's a easy to apply liquidy formula so I wouldn't recommend for nail art as it can appear sheerer over other colors.

White polishes are, in my opinion, once of the hardest to get right, and yet, Picture Polish has done it almost perfectly. It takes 3 thin coats to be opaque for my long nails, but dries absolutely beautifully. It works great as a base, and for nail art over lighter colours, but struggles with opacity with dark/black bases. I have very few favourite white polishes, but this one is in the top 5 because even though I need 3 coats, it doesn't overly bulk my nail and dries just wonderfully. This is an essential shade for any Nail Polish lover.

Really nice polish, I love using it as a base for bright colours. However, you do need at least 3 coats to be fully opaque.
