Most importantly, clean nails before use. Then apply a base coat. Then shake Stamped White nail polish and either apply one (1) coat as a base for your nail art or use to stamp design on nails. Allow design to dry thoroughly. Apply, Revolution as a top coat to ease smudging. Dry thourougly. Finally, apply Top’n Base for a gloss finish.
